Sometimes they happen in real life within days sometimes even months. Today I had one happen jn real life while I was at work. I work at hospital and we have those mobile computer stations that you can wheel around and up and down. In my dream I was standing next to a patient’s room on one of those computers, i was standing and looking at the screen. On the screen there’s a map with a black background and a lot of red. That map that I dreamt about happened to be the John Hopkins interactive Covid-19 map. I wish I would have paid attention to it more and that i’d written it down. It kinda freaked me out, all the other ones have been meaningless. Really freaky.

It’s because your dreams are predicting the future. It doesn’t mean you are on the right path, but that you are on the path that your dreams have already foreseen (these paths can be both good and bad). If you write your dreams everyday, you will start to become more aware of them. The next step is to learn lucid dreaming.

Sleep paralysis is not a mental illness. It’s just what happens usually if you half wake up, while your body/mind is still mainly asleep. It’s common for me if I have siestas during the daytime.

It’s usually remembering a dream you had in the past. In dreams, you often see events in the future. When deja-vu happens, it is the remembrance of how you experience the moment before in a dream.

It’s often a realization that you saw the moment before in a dream.

I always encounter deja-vu as the realization that I have seen this moment in a dream. (This is because I am in touch with my dreams). Deja-vu is a very real experience, that happens when you realize you have seen the experience before in a dream. It happens because dreams are often precognitive and link to the future of the dreamer’s life.

You aren’t going crazy and you are not alone. It’s happened to me also more times than I can count. I forget the dream the when it happens suddenly remember everything vividly. You know what’s going to happen before it does in that moment. I struggle with the cause and purpose. To me it could only mean that there is a higher power – it’s the only logical conclusion

I am aware of it but I can’t trust what I was thinking if it is gonna happen or not. Then after some time it happens. Though my memory of it was very vague. For example. Reading something that I did not read then having a Dumb struck memory of knowing already the contents of it. I was actually scared when those moments happen. It feels like something weird is going on.
