Sorry to hear that! I don’t have nightmares, but I sure have weird dreams, some of them causing me to leap out of bed and deal with something that isn’t even happening or someone who isn’t even there. It’s rare that I ever think a dream has told me anything of value. Oh well, maybe I’m just not aware of it.
